PRE-SCREENING FORM

If you are eligible to work in the United States, are unemployed, a former service member, formerly incarcerated, low-income or have skill deficiencies, you can apply now for job training services. Eligible applicants will receive job training support, including a career assessment, help with selecting a local job, a grant opportunity for tuition and books, referral support for transportation and childcare, and a coach to help them succeed in school and gain employment in their chosen industry.
